Motor Oil is a proven performer in discoloured water, offering a natural yet visible profile that flathead can track along the bottom. Black creates a strong silhouette in murky conditions and low light, making it deadly on overcast days or dirty run-out tides.
The 2.25” size is ideal for shallow flats, lighter whilst the 3.5” swimbait is more suited to hit larger flathead in deeper drop-offs.
